Payment/Guarantee
A deposit corresponding to 20% of the value of the entire stay is required upon confirmation of the booking. The amount to be prepaid can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the reservation, in case the health-socio-economic conditions do not allow the provision of services according to the modalities clarified in the DPCM.

In addition to our free cancellation policy (up to 7 days prior to arrival), we also guarantee that your booking will be cancelled and your travel costs will be refunded in full if just one member of your family, or those staying with you, is infected with Covid 19.

EXTRA INFORMATION
In order to cancel your booking, you must present (also as an email attachment) medical documentation proving that you are positive for the SARS COV-2 virus.
Reimbursement of travel expenses (incurred by ship, train or plane) will be paid by voucher of the same amount, to be used in one of the Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts properties, within 12 months from the date of issue.
